Super Chef Jean Phillipe Patisserie

What's your favorite pastry or chocolate with Jean Philippe Patisserie ?

The Chocolate Woman by Pastry Chef Jean Phillip Patisserie at The Bellagio, Las Vegas

The Vegas Experience with Pastry Chef Jean Phillipe Patisserie

The craftsmanship behind all the fine chocolate is by the master himself,
Executive Pastry Chef Jean Philippe Maury

The hours of work to make just one piece of sculptured art takes incredible dedication. Expertise is without a doubt and "The Woman Art Piece", made out of 120 lbs of chocolate, is a fine example of craftsmanship.

You can find "The Woman Art Piece" on display at his Bellagio location, past the corridors from the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens heading towards the ARIA Express monorail.

World's largest Chocolate Fountain by Jean Phillip Patisserie

If this doesn't impress you, Jean Phillipe features the worlds largest chocolate fountain, recorded by Guinnesswill surely make an impact, showcasing 4,409 lbs of warm chocolate streaming along a series of chocolate falls.

All of his elaborate pastries and chocolates are by the hands of
professionals, but it can be a little pricey.

It all depends how you look at, either spend $15 to $20 on a slot machine or maybe use that twenty dollars on Jean Philippe's pastries for two. For example, you can purchase a 4.2 oz Chocolate Hazelnut Spread for $12. Or try out his signature chocolates - the Square Box collection with 16 pieces at a cost of $36.

It's sure to delight your sweet tooth, taste buds and captivate the most wonderful Vegas Food Experience, showcasing his artistic talent. Each pastry and chocolate is like, "Eating Art", along with the burst of flavors. And, if you can't make Vegas, you can order them on-line with JP Chocolates.

Be sure to take a picture before you eat his masterpieces.

Jean Philippe Patisserie offers a gourmet selection of fancy sandwiches,
savory artistic chocolates including an array of flavored truffles bursting
your taste buds into action, making you instinctively say," Oh Yum!".

And his crepes are a must on your list to try.

Blazed with an assortment of fresh fruits and real whipping cream makes this truly a new dessert experience. If you've never tried a crepe, it's time you did.

I've had the opportunity to rub shoulders with Gold awarded Pastry Chefs before, seeing first hand the molds used to create the crisp linear chocolates, including some creative tricks to designing the art piece. Jean Philippe is obviously a world class pastry chef and maybe one day I will be able to meet him too.
